JDW Motors is about to celebrate it’s second anniversary with a new 150 car supersite open on Comer
Road in Worcester WR2 5HS,. The site is replacing and joining the three sites that were already in Worcester with the indoor “Watery Lane Site” now being re-opened as a full service centre,smart paint repairs and valeting centre.
The new site and service centre has been opened to strengthen the brothers position and to continue their success in the market place. Whilst others are closing we are just getting bigger and stronger allowing us to control and ensure even better customer service in a ever tougher market place.
The brothers opened JDW Motors Kidderminster on June 1st 2008 and has sold over 175 used cars to date in Kidderminster alone, the site is off Matthew Lane, Hoo Farm Industrial Estate, just behind Bromsgrove Motor Factors. This latest showroom has the capacity for over 60 used cars all under cover and an additional 100 cars in group stock all within a price range of
£500 to £6000 “the idea of the indoor unit enables us to keep the cars looking at their best and customers are able to find thecar they need, whatever the weather” says Daniel.
The market is getting harder due to today’s current climate, however, the brothers success is growing from strength to strength due to the excellent customer service and hard work with the new super site and service centre opening this week in Worcester. The super site has capacity for more than 150 cars
which will all be under £6000.
Specialising in credit arrangements and customers with financial constraints has also given the business a market place edge and now being able to secure finance for under 21’s subject to successful checks, JDW Motors offer an over the phone credit limit arranging service so customers can arrive on site knowing exactly how much they have to spend, Daniel says “there’s nothing worse than finding the right car and then finding it’s out of your price range, this way customers know what their limits are from the word go, and don’t have to wait around whilst we go through the checking process, “This service also means customers can driveaway on the day!
The site also offers adequate parking.
